Our Terms & Conditions
Entry:
- Passes must be collected from the registration desk upon arrival at the festival.
- Registration, purchase of ticket or possession of pass is required for all attendees to enter the festival.
- Each registration/ticket/pass is valid for one person only and is non-transferable, unless specified otherwise.
- The Festival reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to an event/the venue, or expel any person from an event/the venue based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by the festival staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.
- No person shall have unrestricted access to all areas of the venue.
- Depending on the number of people at the venue and its capacity, the festival will at its discretion without prior intimation open or close all registrations for on the spot registrants.
Documents:
Everyone is required to carry:
- A valid photo identification of themselves (photocopies will be accepted)
- Ticket, Pass or a printed copy of their registration or the registration code.
- Absence of any required documents can result in entry being refused.
Collection of Passes:
- Upon arrival at the festival venue, all persons must collect their passes from the Registration desk.
- If you register online, you will receive an email with a unique festival code. To procure your pass you must show your confirmation mailalong with a valid photo ID card at the registration desk.

You pass grants you access to the following:
- Access to the Performance Venue
- Access to the Food and Beverage Counters
- 3 drink coupons
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Tickets once sold will not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
- Paid registrations are non refundable and non transferable.
- Should an event be cancelled by the organizers, the money will be refunded in 10 working days.
Program:
- The Festival reserves the right to change the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.
Behaviour:
- Everyone is expected to behave in a dignified and orderly fashion.
- No one is allowed to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
- No one is allowed to publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
- Promotional materials may not be distributed at the event unless previously approved by the festival. Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave the event.
- You shall be liable for payment of damages caused by you to the festival property.
- You shall be responsible for your belongings.
- You are not allowed to use, consume and carry alcohol, tobacco products, narcotic substances on the festival premises.
- You are not allowed to carry weapons, arms, hazardous substances on the festival premises.
Festival's Privacy Policy:
- The festival is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We collect and store your personal information for security reasons.
- These Terms and Conditions are liable to be changed at any time at the sole discretion of the organizers.
AML Policy
I. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY
1. Teamwork Arts and its affiliates is committed to ensuring that it maintains ethical business practices, complies with applicable law and its support and donation initiatives is not used for funding illegal activities. To achieve this objective we have prepared this Anti-Money Laundering Policy ("AML Policy") and request you to carefully read and follow the policy. This policy is in addition to your obligations under applicable laws on the prevention of money laundering and does not detract in any manner from those obligations. We urge you to be aware of your obligations under such applicable laws. Teamwork's ability to comply with its obligations under applicable law is dependent on your cooperation and we seek your cooperation via this policy.
2. To ensure that we are not involved in any transactions that are known or suspected to be means of laundering money if any suspicious activity is noticed, users of the Teamwork Arts platform/websites are urged to promptly contact government authorities to facilitate any action that may be needed.
3. This money laundering policy applies to all persons using and accessing Teamwork arts platform/s. This includes all supporters, contributors, campaigners, and persons visiting our platform. All these persons are collectively referred to as "Users" or "users"
II. WHAT CONSTITUTES MONEY LAUNDERING AND SUSPICIOUS
TRANSACTIONS
1. "Money laundering" is largely understood to mean any act or attempt (directly or indirectly and even by association in one step of a series of transactions) to conceal or disguise the origin and ownership of proceeds obtained illegally, such that it appears to have originated from legitimate sources; thus avoiding prosecution, conviction and confiscation of such proceeds. Terrorist organisations, tax evaders, smugglers, persons involved in bribery or any persons that receive money for illegal activities and/or through illegal means may launder money.

Hence visitors and attendees of our events and websites are audiences who connect with us for that purpose.
