All persons must register and purchase an entry ticket.
1 ticket allows entry to 1 person only.
It is mandatory for all persons to carry a valid photo ID card of themselves.
Entry allowed to 16 years and above only.
The access tag must be collected from the registration counter upon arrival at the festival.
The access tag is non transferable and non refundable. It is the responsibility of the card holder to ensure that it is not lost or duplicated.
In case the tag is lost, the person must register again and procure a new entry band.
The entry ticket allows access to the forum.
All venues have limited capacity.
Entry and seating at all venues is on a first-come basis. Some seats will be reserved at every venue for participating speakers and other guests.
Everyone can access the food court. F&B needs to be purchased and is not included in the entry ticket.
The Ticket price includes Service Tax.
Discriminatory, unruly or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the venue without a refund.
The card holder shall not engage in any form of “Ambush Marketing”.
The organizers reserve the right to frisk the card holder at any time due to security reasons.
The organizers reserve the right to restrict or stop entry to the venue.
The program is subject to change.
Should the event get cancelled, the money collected will be refunded within 9 working days.
Should the event be postponed, the entry ticket will not be refunded. The registration will get carried forward and will be valid for the new dates.
COLLECTION OF ACCESS TAG
Upon arrival at the venue, all persons (online/on ground registrants) must collect their Access Tag from the relevant Registration Counters. If you register online, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a unique festival code. To procure your unique festival access tag, you will have to present this code, email or SMS along with a valid photo ID card at the relevant Registration Counter. The access tag must be worn for the duration of the forum. Your unique Festival Access Tag may be collected from the venue itself on the event days from 10am until 6pm. Please Note: Should you damage or misplace the tag, the registration process would need to be redone and fresh ticket would need to be purchased.
